We use Sentry to capture technical errors so we can fix them. If you allow advertising cookies, the advertising platforms described under Cookies below may also receive information about your visit.
We rely on your consent as the lawful basis for sending you marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We never sell your personal data. We use email delivery, contact management and analytics providers to store your details and send your messages — these providers act as data processors and are bound by data processing agreements. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.
The one exception is advertising. If you choose to allow advertising cookies, information about your visit may be shared with the advertising platforms described under Cookies below, so they can build audiences, match you to a campaign and measure results — purposes of their own as well as ours. We keep your contact details for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your email address so we can honour your request not to be contacted again.
Our cookie banner gives you three choices, all equally easy: accept everything, reject everything, or allow analytics only. Strictly necessary cookies — the ones that make the site work and remember your choice — are always on. Everything else is optional, and nothing optional runs until you decide. We treat analytics and advertising as separate choices: allowing one is never taken as allowing the other. We store your preference in your browser's local storage.
Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and Rybbit for this.
Advertising and remarketing cookies would let us measure whether our ads work and show you BeRekindled ads on other websites, apps and social platforms after you have visited us — commonly called remarketing or retargeting. To be straight with you: we are not running any advertising for BeRekindled at the moment, and no advertising platform is switched on for this site today. The site is built to support it, and if we do start, it would be through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and similar advertising platforms we may use, listed here as they are adopted. Nothing of that kind will ever load unless you have allowed advertising cookies.
Our lawful basis for both analytics and advertising cookies is your consent. We also send Google Consent Mode signals, so where you say no, advertising identifiers are stripped from any request that is still made.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give: . Withdrawing stops further optional cookies being set; it does not undo processing that already happened lawfully. You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.
